When is EPA-compliant water recovery required
Requirements vary by property. Wash water that contains oil, grease, detergents, or debris generally can’t be discharged to storm drains. We provide water recovery wherever a job requires it.

What types of properties do you service?
We specialize in commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, parking garages, and more. However, we are also happy to take on residential projects within our regular service area.

Can you clean underground and low-clearance parking garages?
Yes. We clean above-ground and underground garages using hot water pressure washing, and our compact mechanical sweeper is built for tight-access and low-clearance areas. Sweeping between washes helps keep debris and salt residue from building up.

Do you service warehouses, industrial facilities, and gas stations?
Yes. We clean warehouse floors and loading areas, industrial equipment and facilities, and fueling areas, including oil and chemical spill cleanup. Wash water from these sites is handled according to the requirements of the job.
